The grapes for this Sakuna Rosé were selected from Syrah blocks on a slope with deep red clay soil and good drainage. The Syrah were hand harvested in the cool nights of February at 21°Brix to retain natural acidity. This wine is lively and refreshing while showing confectionary nose of strawberries, raspberries, pineapple and nuance of cream.
