The 2019 Free to be Red is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon from Stellenbosch and old vine Cinsault from Darling. Whole bunch fermentation and a combination of maturation in Stainless steel and old French oak create a deliciously fresh and vibrant wine showing strawberries, cherries, cassis and fennel with gentle tannins.
Colour: Bright, opaque ruby red.
Nose: Strawberries, cherries, cassis and fennel.
Palate: Light and juicy with gentle tannins and a fresh acidity
