GranMonte Durif 2024
2024 GranMonte Durif is layered with intense and lifted fruit aromas on the nose. On the palate, the wine reveals juicy plum character, blackcurrant, cherries, chocolate and a hint of black pepper. It is a youthful wine with vibrant acidity, bold tannins and long lingering finish of mocha oak undertone.
ไร่องุ ่นไวน์กราน-มอนเต้ มีความภูมิใจนําเสนอไวน์ทีมีเอกลักษณ์พิเศษ หาได้ทีไร่ของเราเท่านัน องุ ่นพันธุ ์ดูรีฟมีกําเนิดจาก ภาคตะวันออกของฝรังเศส ในอเมริกาเรียกอีกชือหนึงว่า Petite Sirah กราน-มอนเต้เริมปลูกองุ ่นพันธุ ์นีเมือปี 2005 และเป็น ผู ้ปลูกองุ ่นพันธ์ดูรีฟรายแรกและรายเดียวในประเทศไทย เราเก็บผลองุ ่นในช่วงทีสุกเต็มทีเมือกลางเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ ไม่สุก งอมมากจนเกินไป เพือถนอมความหอมของผลไม้และแอซิด เริมหมักในถังแสตนเลส และตามด้วยทํา malolactic fermentation ไวน์นี ได้ถูกหมักต่อในถังโอ๊คเป็นเวลา 12 เดือน ไวน์มีความซับซ้อนของกลินหอมผลไม้จําพวกลูกพลัม แบล็ค เคอร์แรนท์ เชอร์รี และพริกไทยดํา มีความสดใส แทนนินเด่นชัด ได้ความหอมเหมือนมอคค่าและช็อคโกแลต และมีการจบที ยาวนาน
