2017 was notably dry vintage but not overly warm. This resulted in great fruit maturity across the estate. We had to reduce crop by throwing off bunches on the more exposed vineyards but with careful management we were able to get consistently good quality across all blocks which made blending challenging but gave us a wine we are very excited about.
